Since the products at KayWat Stream Designs are digital downloads, we do not allow or offer refunds after a product has been downloaded.Please take the time to carefully read and review the contents of the design item before you purchase.Suppose the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should. In that case, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
